I created all the inventions presented on this site over a 50-year career. More than 120 products have been licensed and manufactured by toy, game, and novelty companies. However, I have also created hundreds more that were rejected. Rejection is something that an inventor has to live with. There are a myriad of reasons why a manufacturer rejects a product. Some make sense and some do not. The most seasoned and successful inventor has had major disappointments but learns not to take the rejections as a personal affront. I have great respect for all my fellow inventors whom I have met over my long career. I have never witnessed jealousy among the ranks. We all know how difficult it is to be “published.”
